Pros

Awesome environment. Professional but down to earth, and fun, coworkers. The ability to make great money is easily achievable if you put in the work.

Cons

Been here for a month and I still enjoy it every day. So nothing yet.

Pros

The beast part about working with Trig Technology Solutions is the working environment which is employee friendly.The whole management is highly professional and involve its staff in regular activities which helps us evolve as a better assets and can make a niche in the industry.And yes the pay is excellent!!!!

There are no cons that I have personally came across..honestly

Pros

- High pay, even if a newbie, as long as you are good at what you do - VERY sweet people and Thursday is always like a bonding work event - Can raise up to management easily, depending on how well you do - The team members are the best people for the job - they will help you if they can

Cons

- If you cannot forcively grab peoples' attention, this isn't for you - BEWARE FOR PEOPLE WITH ANXIETY ISSUES - If you don't meet the quota, you only get paid 10$ an hour which is even less than Walmart employees - If you don't meet the quota in the first five days, you will most likely be recommended to resign (like me) - Long hours of standing as a vendor in Walmart (but soon to be theaters and such)
