You actually have a chance to get paid what you want, you don't have a cap on hours or wage. I was a chef for 5 years. The hours were not stable, and they would not give me a raise. For years I searched for a place that will give me back what I am worth. I lived pay check to pay check. This work environment has made me grow. I love that I have a chance to BE AN ENTREPRENEUR!!

Competitive, this is not the place for the sit back and watch characteristics....
Like stated above it’s a fun up beat yet very professional environment. Continuously having fun and learning. The job it’s self is super easy and they have creative and competitive ways to get bonuses.
