      Pros

      Trinity Real Estate is like family. I’ve met many wonderful people and learned many things at Trinity. Everyone is very welcoming and ready and willing to help you. Trinity has great benefits; health, dental, life insurance, and 403B, as well as, wellness programs and workshops to increase your awareness or knowledge on many different topics.

      Cons

      They do not pay for overtime.

      Pros

      TRE provides space to grow your career through supportive mentorship from upper management and independence to manage yourself once you have sufficient training and experience.

      Cons

      TRE owns and operates 'Class B' quality buildings, which require large amounts of maintenance and renovations. This can be seen as a pro in that strong attention to detail is cultivated so that when the opportunity arises to manage 'Class A' buildings, a keen eye will support any organization in identifying efficiencies that may save time and money.
