The company is a small, fast paced software company with an amazing vision. The niche market the software fills within the cruise line industry makes every day different, challenging, and rewarding. The people are great and I've learned a multitude of different skills over the years.
Cons
No major cons at all.

- Professional staff - Small team, more receptive for new ideas - Work at your own pace, (as long as you meet the deadline of course) - A lot of room for professional growth - Company's growing fast (It has de potential to grow about 5x in the next two years) - Nice co-workers
Cons
- Traffic can be annoying (depends on where you live of course) - They're not all over you with work updates and stuff. I like this, but some people don't.
