Pros

Everyone from the CEO down the interns are all intelligent and pleasant people to work with. The overall work culture is welcoming and engaging. No one's ego gets in the way and everyone works toward common goals together.

Cons

Priorities shift often and quickly. You have to be ready to keep up if you want to work here.

Pros

The people here are so smart and dedicated. They inspire me and support me daily! They like to have fun and make being in the office enjoyable, while also working really hard. The work life balance is great, too. It's really exciting to be at Troops and see it grow!

Cons

There are company wide functions every so often, but I would love to see more of those! That being said, there are really exciting social plans for 2020!

Pros

• Incredible People: Everyone at Troops I had the pleasure of working with was really smart, talented and hardworking. Even better, they were friendly, helpful and actually cared about the product, company and teammates. Troops is definitely doing a great job hiring the right people, and building a great culture. • Cool Product and Loyal Customers: The product is extremely powerful (far more than it appears on the surface), and provides a lot of value to customers. Customers are a lot of tech and non-tech companies, many of whose sales teams live and breathe Troops. Customers love the product, and the company has insanely good customer retention. Product team is also really nice and very competent, which is a big plus. • Great Engineering Team: All the engineers are incredibly talented, awesome people I really enjoyed working with. You'll also get to work very closely with the product team and get a lot of ownership and responsibility in a team with great engineering culture. The technologies they use are also really nice - functional programming in Scala and React.js. • Growth Opportunities: Because Troops is a small, fast-growing startup, there are good growth paths for people- it's a great opportunity to get into a growing company at an early stage, and grow personally in your career.

Cons

• Only minor pains of a young startup
