The current global team is an impressive group of individuals, each taking pride in and ownership of their work. Combined with TruRating's meaningful vision, it's an inspiring atmosphere to work in. As a small company, there are plenty of opportunities to expand your skillset and leaving your comfort zone behind is expected. This is a company that supports its team to do just that. There's an appreciative culture that acknowledges anniversaries, birthdays and achievements: professional and personal. Each year features summer and winter days out, with a clear effort made to make sure everyone has a great time.

Cons

Like any workplace, employees can experience some cons. At TruRating, there is a genuine effort to foster a happy team, encouraging open communication in a fairly flat structure where you are comfortable to raise any topic.

Everyone is ready to help! Small team with a real sense of ownership for projects. There is good team collaboration and team culture.

Cons

Lot's of work to do and competing priorities, not enough time in the day to complete everything, but it's a fun challenge.
