      Pros

      Boss brings his dog to work, everyone is friendly, great benefits package, pay is competitive, work outings are a +. TruShield executives and directors are avidly recognizing and rewarding talent at a rate I have not been exposed to in the past, the room for upward mobility is exponentially greater than past employers

      Cons

      The dog is notorious for flatulence, previous employees have made it difficult to hold a good company name by leaving poor reviews strategically across what our customers look at.

      Pros

      Upbeat environment with a dedicated cast of employees. Hard working with a casual feel to it. Industry offers a lot of room for growth and learning.

      Cons

      All companies will have hiccups, but the management has been upfront and an open book to answer any concerns I have had.

      Pros

      If you like fast-paced, challenging positions, then TruShield is the place where you want to be. There's never a dull moment from day to day, and I am always learning something new. My supervisor holds our feet to the fire, and it makes us better and we see the results through our commission pay. I was surprised at how creative I've been allowed to be in this position, usually the positions that I have held in the past have been more restricted and quite frankly boring. I'm happy to say that I'm excited to go to work.

      Cons

      I do wish we worked closer with the marketing folks as I believe we have the same goals and could really feed off of our respective energy. I do feel like this is going to happen soon, as some plans are in motion.
