Culture reflects management style. Integrity and customer service are priorities. The vision is to be at the forefront of leading technology trends and to be the best in the field.
Cons
There is no free pizza or pop. It can be difficult at times for a small company to compete with larger firms

Pros
Good colleagues to work with. Willing to help others and take shifts if needed. Even though working remote, we had good communication.
Cons
One bad apple team leader on a power trip ruined it for many. Keeping things a secret so we wouldn't talk to others. Not very flexible.
