Pros
The staff at Trudeau Institute are friendly and very helpful. Everyone is willing to lend a hand. Researchers take the time to help students learn skills and enhance knowledge while gaining a hands on experience. The work environment is great!
Cons
Despite newer additions to the building, there are some parts of Trudeau Institute that are older. Because of this, the temperatures in the old parts of the building tend to vary.

Pros
Very collaborative atmosphere, beautiful location, excellent facilities, world class scientists, recent attention from New York State as a key component of the biotech sector and Upstate economy.
Cons
Can feel isolated both scientifically and socially at times. With the lack of available grants, the endowment has taken a hit, which is never a good situation.
