When I joined the organization I was immediately welcomed by the True Connection Communities team. From the Community leaders to our Team Members, everyone was so willing to help me learn about the business and introduce me to happy residents.
Cons
Need to overcommunicate. There's always so many new and exciting happenings that I don't want to miss out on.
Working for True Connection was overall a positive experience; the CEO is amazing and actually seems to care about his employees and the communities. I know most of the employees truly care about seniors; there are some great people working here.
Cons
It's a numbers and sales driven culture (like all for profit businesses) so there is non-stop pressure to increase community census; at the regional level I didn't feel like they valued my input and experience-it seems like they would rather tell people what to do rather than listen to any ideas or input.
