      Pros

      Developing culture. Fun fast pace atmosphere with new friendly faces. Constantly being challenged with new problems to be solved in the horizon.

      Cons

      A few hard workers do almost everything and they constantly are getting more work.

      They hire pros, and expect everyone to continue to be a pro. Adult rules apply. Good competitve pay, great management, and very modern facility to work in!

      Cons

      Manufacturing has its ups and downs. So far there has not been dramatic impact on workforce.
