Pros
People are friendly, work time 42 hours a week. No pays and no need for overtime. We also have a small Gym and Table Tennis Room for free. If the company has the good profit, you can get an extra money bonus.(Average is 3.5-month-salary). And if you work very hard, maybe you can get the Subscription Stock.
Cons
Enter and leave the company need to record by ID card. If you were late for 1 hours, you should apply a rest-time for the late. If you work overtime, you can only exchange to the equal rest-time. But if you do not run out of the rest-time in this year, the rest-time will be reset to ZERO in next year.
