My colleagues and managers are all very kind, helpful, and responsive. My direct supervisor regularly encourages and supports my goals.
Cons
Same as with any financial services firm, there is still an old school mentality among some employees and parts of management that can be hard to change.
Management has been successful over recent history (a period of two to three decades) at building a culture of caring about its clients, the communities that it serves, and all employees.
Cons
With around 80-90 employees, Trust Point does not have the same type of work environment as some larger companies in its industry. This is especially true for employees of its smaller offices in Minneapolis and Eau Claire. Depending on what your preferences and expectations are, this may either be a positive or a negative aspect of working at Trust Point.
