- Despite working remotely, I still feel part of a team. - Very supportive Line Manager. - Flexibility. - Training and development for career progression. - Higher management are keen to keep all staff in the loop.

Cons

I only have one con and it's more of an annoyance than a con. Having to use multiple software to connect (Slack, Teams, Zoom) and the Centrik / TF email and calendar sync issues.
