A lot of support, and togetherness was promoted here. While agencies can give the feeling of no work/life balance that was not the case at Truth.

Truth Collective has an employee-first policy and its goal is to create an environment where everyone can thrive. Truth invests in coaching for its leaders and staff so that everyone has the tools needed to work in a highly creative, fulfilling, productive way. Truth is a place where everyone is valued, everyone contributes, everyone's voice is important, and everyone is appreciated. The leaders don't just say they're going to support this type of culture, they do it. It's an amazing place to work.

Cons

Sometimes the Monday lunches that Truth provides to everyone in the agency aren't as healthy as I'd like. Although, I can just bring in my own lunch if that's the case. And hey, there is such a thing as a free lunch.
