Great benefits, lots of perks missing from other companies, many long term team members, upper management that actually cares about the team, honest, friendly, reward those that actually show up and work, many new opportunities, growing, best management team I've ever seen. Some of the long term team members in year of employment: Don 25, Anna 25, Chris 23, Miguel 18, Rudy 18, Chris 17, Gwen 15, and the list goes on. That's a lot of great experienced people working for a great place! Try it for yourself.
Cons
Hard to come up with negatives. Those who mess up or dont show up or dont actually work usually get bitter because they eventually get fired. If they were good they would still be here.
