      No better group of people

      Pros

      The people! You'll rarely find a group of people all pulling in the same direction as here! You also tend to have a lot of personal freedom within your control.

      Cons

      The freedom sometimes is so complete it's hard to know if you're doing what you're manager expects, it's also a pretty flat org structure so there's not a lot of opportunity for advancement.
