      Pros

      My manufacturing engineering job is very hands on. You and your desk will be on the shop floor, and you only spend about 1-2 hours a day at your desk. The people are nice.

      Cons

      Lots of repetitive tasks but that comes with the job. Turnover rate is low so you will be training lots of new people.
