Pros
You get to work with people who share the same passion and want to bring the business to the next level. In a smaller team, you are able to take more responsibility and do things outside of your job description, so there's never a boring day. It's a really flat organization and everyone's opinions are always asked for and heard, which makes it a great place to work.
Cons
Being part of a startup, there may not be processes put in place, but they're working on it diligently. So if you're someone who needs a lot of structure and direction, it might not be the place for you. Sometimes it's actually better that there aren't many processes in place because we don't get bogged down and are able to move a lot more quickly when things need to be done

Freedom to make decisions. Open communication with everyone. Endless amount of challenges if you are willing to take the initiative.
Cons
The team is trying to grow the company rapidly, so it's very demanding. Everyone is working hard. It's only for people that actually love the job.
