      Huge growth potential company You can get supports anytime when you ask Always being trusted by the team and people are always helpful and patient No company is perfect but you can see improvements and progress in this company EVERYDAY A great place to learn and grow with the team Good insurance and unlimited sick days Transparent communication and work life balance environment Summer Friday early close at 2 pm!

      Cons

      Company doesn't match 401k yet - it's said the company is working on this now; New employees training is not as good as I expected when I just joined the company, self learning is needed if you want to do a good job

      Pros

      Twinlab is a wonderful, inclusive employer. They offer good PTO, which are not required for sick days, and quarterly company activities to show appreciation to employees. Everyone is friendly, very welcoming, and always willing to help. I have felt comfortable and accepted since day one. They really do welcome suggestions for improvements. Oh, and they have what they call Summer Hours. They shut down at 2pm every Friday throughout the summer, and you do not have to accumulate the hours for it during the week!

      Cons

      Honestly, I cannot think of a single negative to say about Twinlab.

      Great place and great people!

      Pros

      The team and senior management is the biggest pro of working with TwinLab. I’ve been here over two years now and I have genuinely enjoyed working with and collaborating with every person on the team. Everyone truly cares and wants to make both the company and each other better everyday. Our culture is super important and we often host events together and seeing the smiling happy faces brings me more joy than anything.

      Cons

      I would say the only challenge in working here is the distance between our two locations (FL and NY). I would love to be able to be with everyone each day but the distance makes that challenging.
