Pros

- Great management <3 - Friendly, supportive, fun culture - Hybrid work flexibility - WFH and learning & development allowance - Literally the best workplace I have had the pleasure to work at. Very lucky to have been here — this is a benchmark for future workplaces

Cons

Nitpicking here as there's not many cons - Some projects end up not going live which can be demotivating - Some additional hours here and there (but reasonable) - Occasional lay offs may impact morale (happens very rarely and always due to market influences)

All the people at Two Bulls are incredibly talented and output fantastic things. The quality of work is exceptional and the people have a great culture. You're guaranteed to have your life and boundaries respected. Everyone is very on top of their work, and it's a safe space where you can openly request support or constructive feedback.

Cons

Very minimal to be honest.
