      Pros

      No question is a bad question! Everyone is here to help and get you passed whatever question or creative block you're working through. Comfortable space with fun people! Laughing is a common activity as well as beautifully executed plans and strategies to help clients with their marketing needs.

      Best Company Culture I've Ever Been A Part Of!

      Pros

      Culture Is Second to None - It's genuinely fun to be at work Rewarding Work - This isn't in house marketing and creating endless open house flyers, this is creative, strategic and working with a wide variety of business owners who trust Tytanium to grow their businesses. Incredible Peers - Seriously they are all great people to work with and there isn't anyone to tiptoe around Transparent - 3 reviews your first year with lots of feedback so you know where you stand and what your trajectory path is within the company Celebrations - Birthdays, Christmas, BBQs, Team Building, Happy Hours, there are lots of reasons to celebrate and this team will! Holidays/PTO - Generous Holiday Calendar (11, maybe 12?) plus two weeks PTO your first year. You are encouraged to use your time.

      Cons

      It's a smaller company and with that comes your standard smaller business cons. Health care is offered but it isn't State Government quality/prices. You can't accumulate months worth of PTO (you are encouraged to use it).

      Pros

      Tytanium has a great culture and a solid team that takes care of each other. The company has come a long way in the last few years. "Leadership" is available and values the opinions of the team. Hiring is always done from within first giving opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Small team that needs to ware lots of hats at times. Not a huge deal but is a little bit of a con.
