      Good management team, friendly team, flexible hours

      Cons

      Can be inconsistent work, overall not really any cons you wouldn’t get in any normal office. Small (ish) company so not a lot of opportunities for promotion

      Big changes back then and what now?

      Pros

      New senior management came in 2015 and big overhaul of everything. Some people didn't like change and some did. I'm one of those that did, and with the benefit of hindsight, the change has clearly worked and the company has moved forwards.
