      Family-style culture in a fast pace industry, very community conscious, leadership team is down to earth and their doors are always open, fair compensation, lots of networking opportunities, the company also implements summer hours to encourage good work-life balance.

      Cons

      No cons I can think of . Ujamaa is a great place to work.
