- environment is pretty relaxed, so you don't feel much pressure - product is interesting - team leads are very very good and you have a lot to learn from them - good salary and benefits package

Cons

- sometimes there isn't enough documentation for product or specific features so you have to lose time to ask colleagues (which are very nice and helpful, anyway)
