      Working at UNECA will expand your exposure and experience in the economic development and international trade field. The team is great, helpful, and will help you grow. It also has a good work/life balance with a healthy work environment.

      Cons

      Depending on the client, projects can take long and delay forward movement because the national counterparts have not provided timely feedback. The UNECA team cannot force much in this side so it's not their fault.
