      Pros

      Started at the company over 2 years ago and got to be part of the growth of the biggest and most engaged FB page in the world Wouldn't get the experience like it anywhere else Great staff and a real creative work environment Manchester management is outstanding Lots of flexibility and perks in the company

      Cons

      Lack of communication between LDN and MCR caused some issues but it's not the end of the world

      - Relaxed culture (flexible working hours) - Every idea is heard - Impressive brand with ambitious plans - Everyone is extremely passionate about the brand

      - A lack of structure across the board - Management had big plans but little experience to be able to carry out their vision
