      Having worked in challenging environments in the past, besides being very nitpicky, there are no cons that I can honestly share

      Great place to work compared to other agencies

      Pros

      - great people to work with - great perks with 9 day fortnight (get every other friday off if you work the hours across the 9 days) - great brands with a good variety of accounts - good opportunities for progression and fair salary - flexible working as you can WFH 3 days a week

      Cons

      - can be quiet in some offices at times but that's expected with flexible working as everyones not going to be in for the full 5 days
