- Great Salary & Benefits - Everyone is friendly and willing to help - Great work/life balance - No micromanaging!

Cons

A lot of people have been at URAC for many years and can do some of this work in their sleep, but that can leave a new person in the dust during training. Everyone has been patient but you have to be comfortable and persistent when asking questions.
