If you are a seasoned professional you get a lot of freedom to experiment and show results, experience is respected and appreciated
Cons
The financial headwinds faced by the group in recent years is a big drag to the strategic plans hence a number of important initiatives gets delayed

Cool coworkers and the discount was nice but it got you to spend a lot of money which is the pitfall too
Cons
The management was awful and there were no hours. They make it hard to have your opinions heard and valued and there was too much tension between managers
