Since the moment I started at this company, they have continually pushed me to do better, professionally and personally. If you have a strong work ethic and have the drive to make money, this is the place for you.

Cons? Listen, every job has its things that are annoying. You have to pick and choose your battles, at least pick a company like USAC who will continue to choose you.
