      Pros

      This is like a big family. Really wonderful employees that actually like each other and collaborate. Everyone works hard and managers are hands on so support is easy to get here. They have some good perks for us and the Benefits are generous.

      Cons

      I think the downside is our niche in the market means that we are under a lot of pressure for time and production. That can be hard to handle when customers are upset and demanding.

      Great benefits, love my coworkers, I really appreciate all the fun stuff like the Friday breakfasts and bowling events. They take care of us here.

      Pros

      Feels like a family. Work hard, play hard. Game room, Fitness Center, pay day breakfasts are all great, but I really like the people I work with.

      Cons

      More PTO would be nice. More paid holidays. But what we have is still comparable to what other companies are offering.
