      Pros

      Nice, down-to-earth team members. Great to collaborate with them during the day, and socialize after work. Experienced, caring management team with integrity. Clear vision for growth. We made several industry lists during 2020 when all the other companies were struggling from the pandemics, so that tells you something about this company's resilience. No office politics or drama. Nice, upscale office environment, with a variety of free snacks and drinks. Each commute if you live in the south bay.

      Cons

      Half the employees work remotely permanently even before the pandemic, so you feel a little disconnected from them.

      Nice culture, great work environment

      Pros

      It's been a reward experience working here, and the people are friendly, supportive, and at the top of their game. There's not a lot of bureaucracy and management is always accessible. I like the new building they purchased as it's a short commute from my home.

      Cons

      It can be fast-paced, and you're often working with new technologies that could be intimidating to master when there is a looming implementation deadline to meet. Would like more social activities, but with the pandemic, that's probably not going to happen any time soon. Being on-call on weeknights and the weekends is my least favorite part of the job, but it comes with the territory.
