Based on my 1-year experience of working for UUUSoftware company, it's a great place to work. The company offers a collaborative and supportive work environment, exciting opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
Cons
The only minor area for improvement would be to provide more opportunities for team-building activities to foster even stronger relationships among colleagues.

UUU's team is very friendly and cooperative, all the team members are professional and constantly growing both professionally and personally. The top management is always available and ready to help regardless of the size of the matter. There is no micro management and the whole team is proactive. Overall, very pleasant place to improve and grow as a professional.
Cons
Since we already have an office in Toronto, would be nice to have a branch for our European team as well.
