We're delighted you thought it a great place to work and certainly the pandemic created such an impact on our business. As you know, we haven't had a physical event since January 2020, some 18 months ago, so naturally no-one has been able to travel and office bound became remote working for the past 18 months.
The company certainly has learned so much from the impact of the pandemic. Going from a print and event business to a media and digital business too and the teams have really made it happen. Going forward we will be implementing a hybrid working model (home and office) so plenty of flexibility.
Going forward, we would love to send more teams to our international conferences and we have to be mindful of our carbon footprint too.
