Pros

Hours are flexible. Managers ate very nice, approachable, and trendy. Coworkers generally are fun to be with. Everybody willing to help each other.

Cons

Hours determined in part by the amount of sales you make. (This is a non issue if you are good with making sales.)

It was nice being able to work independently. You're able to do things at your own pace.

Cons

If computer goes down, shift can be quite difficult.
