      Great company with cutting edge technology

      Pros

      Breath of fresh air in the instrument space with cutting-edge technology. Fast-paced, which doesn't make it stale. We could access or talk to anyone at any level, and this makes it less hierarchical. You also get credit for your contributions. I was on a project team with PD and marketing and was able to contribute. The scientists are really good and fun. Good pay.

      Cons

      It is not for the faint of heart. This is a place for mature professionals who enjoy having fun and working hard. It's not a place where you can coast and get by.

      Exciting place to work with tons of learning opportunities

      Pros

      Lots of tech, lots of products offer a great diversity of learning opportunities. No micromanaging, no performance reviews, simplified metrics to meet. All team members are there to achieve the same thing you are, there is a lot of comradeship.

      Cons

      It's a very demanding work place. It's a lot of work, and you need to work hard. Working hard and demanding is a pro for youthful, driven individuals. If you like a dynamic workplace where you are not afraid to jump in the deep end and have a history of working hard at other companies you will be fine at this company.

      Pros

      This is a company that gets results. We have grown immensely in the last 7 years. It is a fast paced company, but I love the flexibility. If you like continual learning, you will love it here.

      Cons

      If you do not like a fast pace or continual learning you will not like environment.
