I have been with Uncommon Solutions for going on 9 years. I have seen the company change and morph as it is working to push past the common small business mind set. For the last two years I have seen more growth, opportunity, standardization and focus on how we can become the best at what we do. The organization really does care about it's employees and gives everyone a fair shot. There has been mass change and focus on the way Uncommon does business so it can grow and it's employees with it... It starts at the top. Being at the top, the goals, focus, attitude is all about triple sizing and creating a place where it's employees can thrive.
Cons
Just like any other organization... It takes time for change. Growing pains are not fun, but they are happening none the less.
