      - Work-life balanced work culture supported by willingness of everyone to help the works done when needed something from other departments. - Fair culture where everyone have chances to improved and overseas work even for the Japanese members. - Ensured annual increase salary. - Minimum political culture environment. - Chances of work from home allowances by Head.

      Cons

      - KPI based on numerical profits. One whose not under marketing and sales dept will be struggling to get fair bonus. - Struggle to keep up the quick-paced market as the bureaucracy flow is too much integrated & solid. Too rigid.

      The environment is great. Everyone is very helpful when I ask questions or start discussions, and the team is very open to newcomers who are just stepping into the working world/R&D.

      Cons

      One role is expected to handle too many responsibilities, and the workload isn’t aligned with the salary.
