      I happened to start my IP career there. And learnt a lot over the years. They deliver quality work.

      Cons

      They give limited exposure and may put pressure on you sometimes based on the deadlines.

      Good learning; excellent growth in responsibilities Direct interaction with founder and CEO; good exposure to high-level as well as detailed work Timings as of first quarter 2009: 8AM-5:30PM Monday-Saturday

      Stiffling corporate attitude; not allowed to be at ease Mistrust Low payments; employees take on more responsibilities without satisfactory compensation
