This is a tough industry in the post Covid era, so job security is tough but leadership works diligently to ensure that their people are very well taken care of.

Pros

I’ve had a great experience overall so far. The salary and benefits are competitive, and the team I work with is friendly and positive. They provide plenty of resources, and the training I received when I started was top-notch. I like that they have lots of opportunities and events for networking within the company so you can get to know others and learn more about different departments.

Cons

I don't have any personally. I know the commercial real estate market has been tough the past few years, but things are picking back up!
