I have worked for Unilev Management/Capital in Beverly Hills, CA for over 14 years. I came across this review by chance and was flabbergasted at how unfair and untrue these comments are. Obviously, written by someone who has ulterior motives and is bitter enough to waste their time in malicious and preposterous accusations. Although it’s true that the company is family owned, we pride ourselves in having over 100 employees throughout several of our locations. Our rollover from personnel resignations is so low, that we have people working since Unilev’s inception. Hardly a bad place to work if the history of employee stability ranges in excess of 20 years! Our principals are the most caring people I’ve worked for (and I personally have almost 30 years experience in the work field). They are certainly generous to the full extent of the word, not only financially but considerate of their employees when it comes to their personal needs, be it by providing personal time off, year-end bonuses, etc. The owners are friendly and kind. The work environment is pleasant. The camaraderie of our office group and most of all, the willingness everyone has to help and train and collaborate with each other is something I find very valuable. We truly are a family working together and striving for common goals that will make Unilev not only a successful company in its business endeavors, but a positive, friendly and, I can’t stress enough, family oriented place where everyone has the opportunity to express themselves, be heard and be cared for beyond corporate America standards.

The circumstantial and mundane problems that arise as in every work environment are so insignificant that I won't even waste my time on an observation.
