      Pros

      UniMed works really hard to keep employees engaged, challenged, and involved. Management pays attention to issues and works to resolve them. Benefits are very good for a small to mid-sized company. Employees work hard to support each other and get work done, and when overtime is required, management works alongside employees to finish as quickly as possible. The CEO is always actively working to increase business and insure our jobs are safe.

      Openness to new ideas Embraces diversity Limitless creativity Respect for each person's unique value Great opportunities for professional growth

      Cons

      If a person just wants to work for an ordinary company where things rarely change, then this might a con for someone. However, if you want to stay in the industry forefront, gain news skills and knowledge and want to work for an extraordinary company, then add this to the list of "Pros".
