Fast-paced environment (you learn a lot) but also respecting work-life balance The office is great; such a unique place to work in Everybody is lovely and you get appreciated for your work!

Pros

Fantastic team, great leadership that actually cares, work life balance is great. Caveat is you need set your own boundaries - everyone will help and support if you say you're struggling, but you need to flag (it's an agency job so you will always be busy!) Very supportive and look out for your career progression.

Cons

Salary isn't the best (varies significantly across the team and by when you joined) and promotions don't always come with much of an increase.
