      Pros

      My coworkers take ownership of their roles and are fun to be around, the work is not unnecessarily difficult, pay when you get to management is decent and consistent, if you work hard it gets recognized, the company is not too large that it isn't open to new ideas, and they offer a number of certifications including Food Safety Manager, ABRA, MART, Cicerone, and WSET.

      Cons

      Only holidays off are Thanksgiving and Christmas, no 401k matching, some stores are short staffed.
