Growing company with great client relationship, which allows for an exceptional work environment.
Cons
New parent company is still working on getting footing and not doing well with employee relations.

Pros
From the first day they helped me fit in with the client. The coworkers in other areas work together well to benefit the client. Had a good 401k program.
Cons
There is no merit increase after your time. You have to find a promotion to another area to get more pay. Hands are sort of tied within the budget with the client, but still something too look at in the future.
