The San Diego branch manager really cares about his employees making it a great place to work. The pay is decent for a delivery job. The routes are manageable unlike my past job where they kept you stressed out all the time. There's very low turnover because people tend to stay for a long time.
Everyone is nice and gets along well. I have a route so I know where I’m going everyday making it really easy. You get to know your customers and management actually cares about their employees. They keep the routes manageable so you’re not stressed out all day running late for your deliveries like a lot of other courier companies.
