      Pros

      My coworkers became like my second family. I still keep in contact with them now, years after not working there anymore. Flexible schedule Willingness to allow crosstraining in various postions

      Being so small doesn't allow for one to move up, unless some leaves.

      +There was decent pay and insurance.

      Cons

      -Management is not entirely honest nor transparent with employees on decisions or changes. -There is limited transparency on changes or processes. -There is so much turnover in upper and executive management that the company's website doesn't even list C-suite. It is hard to have consistent leadership with that much turnover. -Proper procedures were regularly not followed.
