Smart people, really supportive community, management who cares about the team
Cons
The work is seasonal even though you're working a full year. In the beginning of the studying semester in school the pressure is high.

Young enthusiastic team of keen coworkers, great corporative culture, thoughtful superiors. Lots of smart interesting people. Many training possibilities. Corporative festivities.
Cons
Limited compensation opportunities; necessity to work weekends sometimes interferes with personal life needs; occasional supplies confusions; sometimes you have to deal with unadequate people (though not very often)
