Probably some of the best healthcare benefits in Tucson. A lot of attempts to increase employee engagement as well. It is a typical Tucson office job where people are just there to do a job. Politicking is non-existent below a management level, and if you are a nice person who respects others you will get the same treatment back. If you want to talk to nobody and be alone, it won't hurt you either as long as you get your work done,

Cons

Limited opportunities to move up. Instead, many people switch departments, which leads to teams having individuals who are not necessarily the most qualified for their role.
